The Signia sports lock is designed to keep your hearing aids securely fastened inside your ear canal. They rest just outside the ear canal while you go about your activities.

The Signia Mini Receiver 3.0 Retention Locks are compatible with Signia Mini Receiver 3.0 receiver wires and the Signia 3.0 Thin Tubes, that are compatible with a wide range of Signia hearing aids including, but not limited to, Signia AX and IX platforms.

If this happens, just pop the Signia Mini Receiver 3.0 Retention Locks somewhere warm for 10 minutes and they should be malleable after that.
